PROJECT C-22-024 Proposal are being solicited through a fair and open process in accordance with N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.2. et seq., and as such, contractors are exempt from the limitations on making political contributions under that law. Bidders shall submit their bids in a sealed envelope. If a Bid Document Return Envelope is not provided with these Bid Documents, bidders can use their own envelope for submitting their bid. All sealed envelopes containing a bid, including express delivery envelopes such as FedEx or UPS, must clearly identify the bidder's name, the project name, bid number, and bid opening date on the exterior of the envelope. The failure to provide all copies required herein, including digital, may result in rejection of the bid.
