Renovation of an educational facility in Indianapolis, Indiana. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

A Unified Bid is requested for all work in this project, including General, Mechanical, and Electrical Construction work. Project Location: IUPUI Campus a. Business/SPEA (IN086) - 801 W Michigan St., Indianapolis, IN 46202 b. Ed/Soc (IN102) - 902 W New York St., Indianapolis, IN 46202 c. Engineering & Technology (IN071) - 799 W Michigan St, Indianapolis, IN 46202 d. Hine Hall (IN048) 875 W North St., Indianapolis, IN 46202 a completed Minority, Women's and Veteran's Business Enterprise Participation Plan, detailing the good faith efforts of the contractor to include minority, women and veteranowned enterprises as subcontractors or material suppliers on the Project; a bid security for 5% of the total bid; and the contractor's written drug testing program, which must be in full compliance with IC 4-13-18. Should a successful Bidder withdraw his bid, or fail to execute a satisfactory Contract within ten days after notice of acceptance of bid, the Owner may declare the Bid Security forfeited as liquidated damages, not as penalty. This project consists of the renovation of, finish upgrades to and/or technology upgrades to 8 classrooms, in 4 buildings, on 2 campuses. All data cabling is by the GC and all A/V cabling, speakers, teaching stations, TV's and projectors are by IU. See below for the scope of each specific space: a. IN086 Business/SPEA 4087 - This room is 1,035 SF and will include finish upgrades (walls, floors and ceilings), new lighting and new technology upgrades. b. IN102 Ed/Soc 1128 and 2109 - These rooms are 817 and 880 SF respectively and will include finish upgrades (walls, floors and ceilings), new lighting and new technology upgrades. c. IN071 ET 329 - This room is 865 SF and will include finish upgrades (walls, floors and ceilings), new lighting and new technology upgrades. d. IN048 Hine Hall 219, 222, 226, 232, and 236 - These rooms are 607 SF, 878 SF, 873 SF, 876 SF, and 878 SF respectively and will include finish upgrades (walls, floors and ceilings), new lighting and new technology upgrades. Rooms with an adjacent projector room (222, 226, 232, and 236) will have the wall between these two rooms, the elevated floor and stairs, technology, ceilings and lighting removed
