Renovation of a multi-residential development in Jacksonville, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
The Jacksonville Housing Authority (JHA) is seeking the services of a qualified contractor to perform tree trimming services per the scope of work listed in Attachment A - Scope of Work of this QSP for property Install approximately 34sq.Ft. of 5/8" drywall, finish to a level four and paint in every janitorial closet at Hogan Creek Towers one closet per floor 14 floors there are no closets on 1st . A contractor will be responsible for installing new drywall over existing where drywall was removed for drainpipe replacement any repairs to metal studs or clean up to existing walls for placement of new drywall is the responsibility of the contractor A contractor will be responsible for all labor and materials to accomplish a smooth painted finished surface. Existing conditions consist of active water supply lines it is the responsibility of the contractor to protect these lines during the project, the contractor will be held responsible for any broken water lines and any damage caused due to flooding caused by the broken water line. All drywall finishes must be complete to a level four standard, ready for interior finishing and paint, apply two coats of primer and two coats of low VOC gloss enamel white. It will be the contractor's responsibility to replace any PVC drainpipe damaged during installation by screws or nails penetrating the pipe. Removal and disposal of all drywall scraps and related materials at the Contractor's expense including dumping fees. All work shall be accomplished between the hours of 8:30-4:30 Monday through Friday. A contractor will have (15) fifteen business days to accomplish all work and provide an acceptable finish product. Hogan Creek janitorial closet typical existing conditions, Contractor shall field verify locations, sizes, and quantities of work required to inspect all surfaces and accepts the current in place conditions for the project. Q/A Cutoff Date: 04/19/2022 Q/A Cutoff Time: 11:00 AM CDT The JHA reserves the right to: Reject any or all quotes, to waive any informalities in the QSP process, or to terminate the QSP process at any time, if deemed by the JHA to be in the best interest of the JHA Whereas this is an informal solicitation process, the JHA reserves the right to extend the posted deadline at any time prior to the deadline, if, in the opinion of the CO, it is in the best interests of the JHA to do so. Furthermore, the JHA shall reserve the right to reject, without consideration, alternate quotes, meaning those that do not meet the requirements of this QSP. The JHA reserves the right to require the successful quoter/contractor to utilize any form required by HUD to complete the required work and by submitting his/her quote each contractor agrees to do so at no additional charge.
