Clatsop County Public Works intends to contract for approx. 1.9 miles of asphalt overlay Youngs River Road. An additional 600 feet of paving in approximately ten cut-outs for asphalt and culvert replacement on Youngs River Road between mileposts 7.7 and 10.3. Approx. 260 feet of asphalt paving on Dolphin Road and Rodney Acres Bridge.
