The City of Naperville ("Owner") is accepting sealed electronic bids ("e-bid(s)") from qualified vendors to perform work associated with replacing overhead-mounted parking space sensors at the Naperville Water Street Parking Deck. The work generally includes installation of TUS-100 single space sensors (furnished by the City), 3 new power supplies (furnished by the City) and the furnishing and installing all wiring for the TUS-300 circuits (furnished by the Contractor), as well as other incidental and collateral work necessary to complete the work, such as water-proofing. No Pre-Bid Conference will be held. Owner reserves the right to make clarifications, corrections, or changes to this ITB at any time prior to the time bids are opened. All bidders or prospective bidders will be informed of said clarifications, corrections, or changes. If any prospective bidder has questions about this ITB, bidder may submit inquiries via email to at catalanoj@naperville.il.us. All inquiries must be in writing and received no later than five (5) business days before the Submission Deadline. Inquiries will be addressed in a published addendum. All bidders are responsible for monitoring the City's webpage at demandstar,com and obtaining and acknowledging any and all addenda issued by the City in connection with this ITB, which addenda will be incorporated into every bidder's bid response. The City is not responsible for any answers, explanations, or directives not included within a published addendum. Bids that are not submitted on the required forms or that are not prepared in accordance with these Instructions to Bidders may be rejected. If not rejected, Owner may demand correction of any deficiency and accept the deficiently prepared proposal upon compliance with these Instructions to Bidders.
