The City of Lewisville is accepting competitive sealed bids to establish an annual contract for traffic signal repairs. It is the Citys intent to award two (2) contracts to establish a primary and secondary contractor. The term of the contract will be for twelve (12) months, with an option to extend up to two (2) additional twelve (12) month periods, subject to agreement of the supplier and the City. Intent to Bid Due Date: Jun 14th 2022, 2:00 PM CDT Questions Due Date: Jun 9th 2022, 2:00 PM CDT The City of Lewisville reserves the right to waive any informalities in any bid and to accept the bid which represents the best value to the City. Minority and Small Businesses are encouraged to submit a bid. Questions regarding this request for bid should be addressed in the Question Section of Bonfire. Award will be based on best value as defined in Local Government Code Chapter 252, Section 042. All goods and services provided to the City must be compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and all regulations promulgated pursuant to the ADA. The successful bidder will be required to certify compliance, if applicable.
