Site work and paving for a road / highway in Oak Point, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
All material, equipment, labor and supervision necessary or incidental to "Martop Road Improvements and Rehabilitation" Scope of Project: 1.Approximately 16,200 SY asphalt removal; 17,800 SY HMAC overlay; 200 LF RCP/CMP culverts sizes 12 to 48 in diameter; concrete, asphalt and gravel driveways; and ditch grading. Each Bid must be accompanied by a bid bond or a certified or cashier's check, acceptable to the Owner, in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total amount bid, as a guarantee that the successful bidder will enter into the Contract and execute the Bonds on the forms provided and provide the required insurance certificates within 7 days after the date Contract Documents are received by the Contractor. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive all defects and irregularities in bidding or bidding process except time of submitting a Bid. The term "Successful Bidder" means the lowest, qualified, responsible Bidder to whom the Owner (on the basis of the Owner's evaluation as hereinafter provided) makes an award.
