As of June 7, 2022 project has been permanently cancelled. The project consists of the buildout of approximately 1,275 square feet to expand the existing Board of Trustees conference room and relocate a storage area. As of April 11, 2022, a general contractor has not been selected. A firm construction timeline for this project has not yet been released. The Contractor shall furnish all material, labor, tools, supplies, permits, equipment, transportation, superintendence, barricades, temporary protection, bracing, shoring, temporary construction of every nature, insurance, bonds, taxes, contributions and all services and facilities, unless specifically excepted, and install all materials, items, and equipment required to complete the construction of the Board of Trustees Conference Room Renovations at HCC's District Administration Building, as a "Complete Project", specified herein. This project includes but is not limited to, all required documentation required i.e., submittals and RFI's. The intent of this project is to provide renovations to the Board of Trustees Conference Room. All work shall be in accordance with all OSHA Standards, applicable federal, state, HCC, and local codes, and regulations and good construction practices.
