Contractor is to install a new water-chilled cooling unit and modify the existing unit in the ceiling space of an operational server room to achieve the desired cooling capacity to prevent overheating of the servers. Work will also include the removal and reinstallation of existing water pipes and air diffusers, and the performance balancing/testing after construction is complete.
