Lower Makefield Township is performing asphalt bike path maintenance along several Township paths (all bike paths are approx. 8 ft. to 9 ft wide). In general, the work consists of, but is not limited to: asphalt pavement milling, asphalt crack sealing, asphalt base repairs, installation of wearing course, and replacement of concrete curb. The work also includes mobilization, restoring landscaping to existing conditions, and maintenance and protection of traffic as necessary to perform the work. Bid Security may be provided in the form of a certified check or a bid bond issued by a Surety Company licensed to transact such business in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
