This Request for Tender (RFT) is an invitation by The Corporation of the Town of Amherstburg to Prequalified Contractors to submit Bids for the construction of a new South Fire Hall at 3141 County Road 18, Amherstburg, Ontario. Documents can be obtained at: https://amherstburg.bidsandtenders.ca Niagara Falls firm Niacon Ltd., which has been involved in construction and renovation of industrial, commercial and institutional projects, was awarded a contract for almost $9.9 million for the new fire station. The total project cost is about $11.3 million. Construction is expected to begin soon, with an estimated completion date of Aug. 31, 2025.
