Renovation of a water / sewer project in San Marcos, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Award is scheduled for the June 7, 2022, City Council meeting at 6:00 P.M., or any subsequent time thereafter. Questions to this bid must be submitted in writing to the City of San Marcos Purchasing Division at CSingleton@sanmarcostx.gov. The Vendor/Contractor will provide all labor, equipment, tools, materials, supplies, supervision, and other items or services necessary to provide the maintenance, replacement parts and repairs to achieve Year 1, 2 and 3 scheduled maintenances on the City's (24) emergency generators located within the City of San Marcos. If the renewal option for the 4th year is approved by both parties, the fourth year will return to Year One Services. It is preferred that the awarded Vendor/Contractor be established locally or within thirty-five (35) miles of the City.
