ISSUING ADDENDA In order to give ample consideration to questions posed and for purposes of issuing Addenda, the District requests that all questions be presented to the District no later than one (1) business day following the pre bid meeting, via fax at (973) 321-0378 or via email at joman@paterson.k12.nj.us. All potential bidders are to visit the board of education website and click on the link below pertaining to the Opening of Bids via Zoom Online Live Streaming. Sealed bids will be opened and publicly read aloud at the Paterson Public Schools, 90 Delaware, 4th Floor, Conference Room, Paterson, NJ 07503, on the date above. Bidders can participate of the bid opening via Zoom meeting (ID 871855428) No bids will be opened after the bid closing date, and time. Failure to comply with these specifications in their entirety may be grounds for disqualification. Bids must be made on standard proposal forms as provided in the specifications. If awarded, vendors shall submit a BRC within 10 days of notification. This requirement is mandatory and failure to comply will disqualify the bid proposal. -Bidders shall comply with the required completion and submittal of a Non-Collusion Affidavit. -Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq. Bidders shall submit with their bid: name, address, and telephone number of three (3) references -The contractor is advised of the responsibility to file an annual disclosure statement on political contributions with the New Jersey Election Law Enforcement Commission pursuant to N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.13 (P.L. 2005, c271, s.3) -Any other items required by statute, regulation or by the specifications. The District reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any informality of any bid or bids and to make such awards that are in the best interest of the Paterson Public School system.
