Demolition, site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Green Bay, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the demolition of a water / sewer project; for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
In general, the project involves the removal of an existing gas fired water heater, (2) two storage tanks and associated piping. New hot water system will consist of (3) three tankless commercial grade instantaneous water heaters, new expansion tank and thermostatic mixing valve. New water heater venting/air intake systems to be extended to the outer south wall. Piping systems to include cold, hot, hot water return and gas piping. Electrical Trade to provide new electrical outlets for the water heaters and some demolition of existing equipment.
