For Fire Station #7 Roof Replacement • The Contractor shall furnish all materials, equipment, labor and supervision to perform and complete the project described below. • Remove any unwanted equipment/curbs from roof area. • Complete tear off down to decking. • Mechanically secure two layers of two-inch ISO. • Install 60 mil Carlisle. • Provide a 20-year system and a 5-year workmanship warranty • All metal replaced with 24 ga metal Any questions related to this Invitation to Bid shall be directed to the following contact person.
