As of 05/26/2022 This project has been awarded to RJ O’Neil in the amount of $15,395.10. The Bolingbrook Park District will accept sealed bids for Bolingbrook Recreation Aquatic Complex Water Valves Replacement. The proposed work consists of the provision of materials, labor, and equipment necessary to remove water valves and replace with new, same as existing valves at the Bolingbrook Recreation Aquatic Complex (BRAC) / Pelican Harbor. As of 9:00am, Monday April 11. The park district reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids, to waive any informality, and to accept the bid that is in the best interest of the Bolingbrook Park District. All contracts for the construction of public works are subject to the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act (820 ILCS 130/1-12). No bidder may withdraw his proposal after the hour set for the opening thereof, or before award of the contract, unless said award is delayed for a period exceeding thirty (30) calendar days.
