Demolition and site work for a residential development in Georgetown, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the demolition of a residential development; and for site work for a residential development.

Prices shall be inclusive of all charges related to demolition of the structure, clearing of the lot, and hauling of demolished materials. The selected vendor shall be responsible for paying any fees related to the disposal of demolished materials. Prices quoted on the bidder response form shall be a flat fee inclusive of all charges listed in the previous paragraph, as well as any other charges arising from the demolition of structures not specifically listed above. Do not quote an hourly rate. Please factor additional equipment rentals into your unit prices; the City of Georgetown will not directly reimburse vendors for equipment rental costs. It shall be the responsibility of the chosen vendor to obtain all required permits and licenses for demolition and related services. The lowest responsive bidder will be selected. Note that "responsive" indicates that the bidder is in full compliance with the requirements in this Invitation to Bid document. It is the bidder's responsibility to have inspected the property prior to responding to this bid. No interpretation of the meaning of the plans, specifications or other pre-bid documents will be made to any bidder orally. Every request for such interpretation should be submitted through the website. Any and all such interpretations and any supplemental instructions, if issued, will be posted to the Public Purchase portal for the specific project. Failure of any bidder to receive any such supplementation or interpretation shall not relieve such bidder from any obligation under his/her bid as submitted. All posts so issued shall become part of the contract documents.
