In order to carry out its mission, the RTL operates, among other things, one (1) administrative center and two (2) operations centres, including one located in Saint-Hubert (two (2) garages) and the other in Old Longueuil (one (1) garage). This mandate relates to the following building: Garage No. 1 (Grande-Allée) of the St-Hubert Operations Center (CESH) 5120 Grande-Allée Boulevard in Saint-Hubert Within the framework of this call for tenders, the RTL wishes to receive a tender for work relating to the inspection and repair of the supports of the mechanical and electrical elements suspended from the roof of garage No. 1 of the CESH , by carrying out the all the work presented in the tender documents. The work specifically consists of inspecting the supports and correcting them when they are in poor condition. The PRINCIPAL will be the project manager of the site and responsible for the tasks related to the CNESST for the entire duration of the work. SCOPE OF WORK The work will cover the inspection of the mechanical elements and certain electrical elements suspended under the roof of Garage 1 of the CESH as well as the correction of elements in poor condition in certain targeted sectors. The work consists of replacing the supports of the following mechanical elements, without being limited to: Water supply lines; Compressed air lines; Gas pipes; Sprinkler fire protection ducts; Radiant heaters; Ventilation ducts; Waste oil pipes. The mechanical and electrical elements that do not require inspection or correction of their supports are: Drain lines; Electrical conduits; Light fixtures; Gas unit heaters. SUBMISSION GUARANTEE The PRINCIPAL confirms that no tender guarantee is required hereby. PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE AND OBLIGATIONS The PRINCIPAL confirms that no guarantee of performance or guarantee of the obligations of the CONTRACTING PARTY for pledges, materials and services is required hereby. RESERVE The PRINCIPAL does not undertake to accept any of the Tenders received and incurs no liability towards the TENDERS. In addition, the PRINCIPAL reserves the right to reject all the Tenders received and to make, if it deems appropriate, a new call for tenders. In all cases, the BIDDERS cannot claim any indemnity or compensation. Subject to all the rights and remedies available to the PRINCIPAL, the latter may reject the Bid of a TENDERER who has made a false attestation or declaration requested in the Call for Tenders Documents.
