Restroom Building, Removal of Structures and Obstructions, Illumination System Cost estimate range: $670,000.00 to $750,000.00. All bid proposals shall be accompanied by a bid proposal deposit in the form of a certified check, cashier's check or surety bond in an amount equal to five percent of the amount of such bid proposal. The contract for the public work shall be awarded to the responsible bidder submitting the lowest responsive bid.
