Proposals must include the information requested as well as the form duly completed and signed. The documents related to the contract management policy of the municipality must be duly completed. Other requirements may be indicated in the tender documents. The municipality incurs no responsibility for the fact that the written opinions or any documents conveyed by electronic system are incomplete or contain any error or omission whatsoever. Consequently, any tenderer must make sure, before tendering, to obtain all the documents related to this call for tenders. The Municipality of Sainte-Lucie-de-Beauregard does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the tenders received and reserves the right to remove certain parts of the contract. The municipality of Sainte-Lucie-de-Beauregard will not be liable for any lawsuit or claim for costs or loss suffered by the bidders as a result of such decisions. In addition, the completion of the work is conditional on the granting of a subsidy from the MTQ as part of the municipal road assistance program.
