SCOPE OF WORK/DESCRIPTION OF ITEMS (SPECIFICATIONS) The purpose of this quote is to establish a contract with a DSBSD certified Contractor to purchase and deliver one (1) Wood Furnace, Brand Name or Equivalent. Bid price must include freight charges for delivery to Rustburg Correctional Unit #9, 479 Camp Nine Road, Rustburg, VA 24588. This solicitation is for new equipment only (brand name or approved equivalent). Bidders offering equivalent items must submit sufficient descriptive literature, catalog cuts and technical details to enable the Commonwealth to determine if the products offered meet the requirements of the solicitation. Failure on the part of the bidder to provide the aforementioned documentation shall be cause to declare the bid non-responsive. This bid will be awarded on GRAND TOTAL Basis.
