Department of Commerce is looking for a bidder to design and facilitate workshops for Artists for the 2022 ND Main Street Summit. *Any questions regarding this solicitation should be referred to the procurement officer (including problems opening attachments.) Questions Due: 04/19/2022 12:00 PM CT Design and facilitate a half-day workshop in five (5) North Dakota communities, as designated by STATE, beginning in June 2022 and ending December 2023. This workshop will serve as an opportunity for members of the selected community and neighbors in the region to learn best practices, as well as a statewide demonstration project for a fall presentation Main Street Summit. Attendees should come away with practical insights about how they can empower local artists and creatives and incorporate creative placemaking practices in their communities. o Design and facilitate a process for local artists and community leaders to implement a Creative Placemaking demonstration project in conjunction with the above workshop. o Deliver a one-hour Creative Placemaking workshop at the Main Street Summit on October 25 th , 2022, in Bismarck, North Dakota and in another North Dakota location TBD in 2023. This workshop will convey some of the same principles and best practices as the community workshops, while also potentially sharing lessons learned from those workshops across North Dakota. Much like the half-day community workshops, attendees should be able to take back practical ideas to their communities on the subject
