Evergreen Apartments Roof Replacements Any questions pertaining to the bid documents must be submitted by e-mail to Chad Wasilkowski at cwasilkowski@fmaarch.com by Wednesday, April 27th, 2022, by 4:00 pm. Answers to the questions will be made to the contractors by Tuesday, May 3rd, at 4:00 pm. Proposals must be submitted in accordance with the Contract Documents. Bid Security in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total bid shall be submitted with each bid in accordance with the instruction to bidders. Performance and payment bonds will be required. Bonding Companies must be listed in the US Treasury Circular 570. The Labor Standards and AntiKickback regulations (29 CFR, Part 3) issued by the Secretary of Labor are included in the contract documents of this project and govern all work under the contracts. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informality in the bidding. Bids may be held by the owner for a period not to exceed thirty-five (35) days from the date of the opening of bids for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the qualifications of bidders prior to awarding of the contract. During this time, no bidder may withdraw their bid.
