Renovation of a municipal facility in Honolulu, Hawaii. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

The Department of Land and Natural Resources (DLNR) is requesting proposals for the design and construction of the Anuenue Fisheries Research Center Photovoltaic System Project. The Department of Land and Natural Resources (DLNR) is requesting proposals from qualified firms or individuals for completing the design and construction of the new roofmounted photovoltaic (PV) system at Anuenue Fisheries Research Center (AFRC). Offerors will be responsible for providing fully permitted design and construction of a new PV system inclusive of roof-mounted PV panels, inverters, mounting frames, optional Battery Energy Storage (BES), and all related appurtenances at the AFRC to defray the facilitys increasing electrical cost. Offerors shall also be responsible for the preparation of the Hawaiian Electric Company (HECO) Standard Interconnection Agreement (SIA). Offerors should propose the best and most cost-effective option to the State. RFP price shall not exceed $425,000.00. The duration of the contract (Contract) is three hundred sixty-five (365) calendar days from the date specified in the Notice to Proceed. The DLNR reserves the option to extend the Contract upon mutual agreement by both parties. RFP price shall not exceed $425,000.00
