Intent to Bid Due Date: Apr 28th 2022, 2:00 PM CDT Questions Due Date: Apr 26th 2022, 4:00 PM CDT The City of Frisco is looking for responsible bids for the reconstruction of the Preston North Drive from Old Lebanon Road to Lebanon Road. The project will include the pulverization/mixing of the existing HMAC surface with the existing base material, cement slurry stabilization to a depth of 8" at 40lbs per SY, micro-cracking, tack coat, placement of 2" of compacted Type D HMAC, and backfilling of pavement edges with topsoil, and placement of required sod. Thirty (30) calendar days are allotted for the completion of this contract. This project will be funded through the City's Community DevelopmentBlock Grant (CDBG) funds, provided by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development(HUD).Bidders must comply with all the applicable HUD rules and regulations governing construction projects funded with CDBG funds.
