Painting Volunteer Quarters Building (1090 Clay Ave.). If you are interested in bidding on the above work, please contact Village Hall (914-738-8820) to receive a bid form. The Village reserves the right to add or subtract areas based on the bid price and available funds. The contractor shall comply in all respects with the applicable sections of the Labor Law of the State of New York. SPECIFICATIONS Power wash entire exterior of building. Removing mold, mildew and loose paint on Stucco. Stucco Scrape loose paint on stucco. Patch areas where needed. Prime stucco with Ultra Spec Masonry Int/Ext Acrylic High Build Masonry Primer Primer (609). Apply two coats of Benjamin Moore Moorguard to the stucco surface Trim Sand all surfaces of wood where accessible to bare wood (about 90% of all wood surfaces). This includes trim, windows, doors and facia boards. Under eves loose, paint will be scrapped. Prime all woodwork with oil penetrating primer. After 24 hours of drying, another round of sanding and caulk all gaps. Apply two coats of Benjamin Moore Moorglo paint on all woodwork.
