All parking areas shall be cleaned of debris and vegetation. Clean and treat all oil spots and areas which may interfere with sealer adhesion. All materials used must meet Federal and State Department of Transportation requirements for pavement sealing and pavement marking. Robertson County reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any technicalities or informalities, and to accept any bid deemed in the best interest of the County. All bids will be considered in accordance with Title VI and without regard to age, sex, color, race, creed, national origin, religious persuasion, marital status, political belief, or disability that does not prohibit the performance of duty. Successful bidder must have an active Robertson County U Business License.U The successful bidder shall provide a Certificate of Insurance naming Robertson County as "Additional Insured". All Bidders shall submit with their bid, a Certificate of Insurance showing proof of the minimum insurance requirements listed below.
