LEIN CHECK (Dept. of Corrections ONLY) All contractor/vendor representatives attending a Pre-Bid Walk Through Meeting must submit a Vendor/Contractor LEIN Request five business days prior to the meeting date, (See the attached Vendor/Contractor LEIN Request form). Send the LEIN Request form, filled out and signed, by email to Daniel T. Smith at email address: SmithD76@michigan.gov. The email "Subject" must include (Facility Name, Project Name, Date & Time of Pre-Bid Walk Through Meeting). NOTE: An individual is only permitted to represent one bidder at a mandatory walk-through. DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Remove, transport, and proper disposal of three USTs and associated piping. Excavation activities of the removal, transportation, and disposal of up to 4,500-tons of petroleum impacted (non-hazardous) soil, and up to 10,000-gallons of non-hazardous liquids. Project includes possible tree and bush removal, assisting the consultant collect soil verification samples, restoration of the site including backfill and compaction. Details of the work are provided in the bid spec. ACCEPTING QUESTIONS UNTIL: April 29, 2022 Award Recommendation is made to Vin-Con, Inc., in the amount of $333,500
