Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Meridian charter Township, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
As of May 9, 2022, project has been awarded to Leavitt & Starck Excavating for $666,144.27 and Lopez Concrete Construction for $159,642.00. Approximately 14,000 SF of 4", 6", & 7" Concrete Pathway Installation; and, Approximately 102 ADA Sidewalk Ramps (approximately 4,800 SF); and, Approximately 7,300 FT of concrete Curb & Gutter, Removal & Replacement. Replacement of concrete sidewalks, curb ramps, and curb & gutter in various locations throughout Meridian Township.
