Reference Number 00003019060 This Request for Quotations (the "RFQ") is an invitation by the Halifax Regional Water Commission ("Halifax Water") to prospective respondents to submit quotations for Dartmouth WWTF - Stainless Steel Channel Gates and Actuators Equipment Supply Design and Supply - Two (2)- Stainless Steel Channel Gates and Actuators. Supply - Submittals including Shop Drawings, Operations and Maintenance Manuals and Record Package. - On site start-up, commissioning and training. All proponents interested in participating in this Pre-Bid Meeting will be required to abide by Halifax Water COVID Protocols, Provincial and Federal guidelines and Safe Work Procedures that are in place at the time of the visit. No other date will be made available for site visits. The cost of visiting the Site shall be at the Proponent's own expense The Proponent must completely satisfy itself as to the exact nature and existing conditions for the extent of work to be performed and failure to do so will not relieve the Proponent of its obligation to carry out the provisions of the contract. No additional charges shall be allowed for extra work that could have been observed or foreseen by such a site visit. No plea of ignorance of such conditions as a result of failure to make all necessary examinations will be accepted as a basis for any claims for extra compensation or an extension of time.
