Site work and paving for a road / highway in Greenfield, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
As of July 1, 2022 this project was awarded to All States Asphalt Inc with the amount of $1,021,722.90. Old Work under this contract shall consist of the contractor furnishing and applying liquid asphalt and stone on properly prepared bituminous streets. New Work under this contract shall consist of the contractor furnishing and applying three applications of stone and two applications of liquid asphalt on properly prepared streets. Double Seal shall consist of the contractor furnishing and applying two applications of stone and two applications of liquid on properly prepared streets. Bid quantities are approximate only; payment shall be for actual quantities applied to streets. Streets to be stone sealed shall be selected by the Director or his/her Designee. Note 4 Material Quantities for detail on application rates.
