Renovation of a municipal facility in Carthage, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The County of Moore is seeking bid from qualified firms to change out up to six heat pump units located at the Moore County Register of Deeds facility. The existing units are heat pumps with electric heat and are currently working but with age and costly R22 freon except for unit 4. All ductwork is in good shape and should just need to be refitted at the supply and return if needed to accommodate for the new unit being installed for each system.
