Certified check(s), bank cashier's check(s), or bid bond(s) shall be required with the Base Bids equal to five percent (5%) ofthe Base Bids. Make checks or bid bonds payable to South Kitsap School District No. 402. Expected bid range is $500,000 - $600,000 The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, and to waive any informalities or irregularities in any Bid or in the bidding. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
