The SUPPLIER must provide percentage discounts based on the list price of the items found on Allpriser for all categories mentioned in the tender form. INITIAL DURATION OF THE CONTRACT 2.1 Subject to the conditions mentioned in the tender documents, the contract covers the period from June 1, 2022 to May 31, 2025. CONTRACT RENEWAL Upon written notice from the OMHM to the SUPPLIER, this contract may be renewed for a period of twelve (12) months, at the discretion of the OMHM. At the end of the 1st renewal period, this contract may be renewed for a second period of twelve (12) months, at the discretion of the OMHM. Any renewal of the contract agreed with the SUPPLIER must comply with all the conditions of this contract.
