Renovation of a municipal facility in Manassas, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Prince William County (PWC) Police Department's Animal Control Bureau is soliciting bids from qualified vendors to procure a new propane fueled incinerator. The incinerator will be placed outside of the new PWC Animal Shelter that is located at 14807 Bristow Rd, Manassas, VA 20112. Incinerator will be used for the disposal of animal remains, paper, and controlled substances. While the majority of the animal carcasses processed include dogs and cats, occasionally the shelter must process animals such as deer, sheep, goats, and ponies. Controlled substances may include but are not limited to, marijuana, cocaine, methamphetamine, with occasional drug paraphernalia.
