Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Pueblo, Colorado. Working plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
**As of June 14 2022, the project has not been awarded to any contractor. The project shall include Construction Surveying, Detour construction and removal, Tree Removal, Unclassified Excavation, Embankment, Curb & Gutter, Class 6 Base, Asphalt Paving, Concrete Forming, Concrete Sidewalk, Grading, Rip Rap Placing, Slip Lining, and all other related work. The project is located at Zinno Blvd in the St. Charles Mesa area, Red Creek Springs Rd. West in the Reservoir area, North Creek Cutoff Rd. in the Beulah area of Pueblo, Colorado and South Parkway in the Colorado City area. A Each bid shall be made on the forms included in the Contract Documents and no Bidder may withdraw his Bid for a period of sixty (60) days from and after the date set for opening of Bids. Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond on an approved form in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the Bid price made payable to the Board of County Commissioners, County of Pueblo, State of Colorado. A Performance Bond, Labor and Materials Payment Bond and Certificates of Insurance (coverage in accordance with the contract documents) will be required of the successful bidder. The County reserves the right to waive informalities or irregularities and to reject any and all Bids. Published upon order of the Board of County Commissioners of Pueblo County, Colorado.
