As bid security, only the surety bond and the irrevocable letter of guarantee are accepted when transmitting a bid electronically. No other form of guarantee is accepted with this mode of transmission. Tenders must be accompanied by a tender guarantee representing 10% of the total amount of the tender excluding all applicable taxes, in the form of a certified check made out to Center de services scolaire des Draveurs, an irrevocable letter of guarantee or bid bond issued by a financial institution that is an insurer holding a license issued in accordance with the Act respecting insurance (RSQ, c.
