The Houston Community College System ("HCC" and/or the "College") is soliciting statements of qualifications ("Qualifications") for selection of firms/consultants ("Respondents") to provide Project Management Services for various projects on an "as needed" basis in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements set forth in this Request for Qualifications (RFQ). This RFQ provides Respondents with the information necessary to prepare and submit Qualifications for consideration by the College. HCC anticipates negotiating an agreement with one or more Respondents to provide Project Management Services. These services may vary in timing, complexity and dollar value. The selected firm(s) must provide principal project management/leadership in addition to project management, design oversight, construction oversight and reporting of adherence to projects schedule, budget, and quality goals. The main colleges include: Central College Coleman College of Health Sciences Northeast College Northwest College Southeast College Southwest College District Offices (Administrative Offices) It is anticipated that the contract term for contract(s) awarded resulting from this solicitation, if any, will be three (3) years with the option to renew for two (2) additional one-year terms. Further, HCC reserves the right to extend the contract term on a month-to-month basis, not to exceed three (3) months upon the expirations of the initial term and any successive renewal term.
