Project Name: 67th Avenue and Montebello Avenue Project (TRACS) Number: T0343 01D District: Central Route/MP: 67th Avenue and Montebello Avenue Funding Source: HSIP Construction Funding FY: FY 2024 This is a Local Public Agency project sponsored by the City of Glendale. The section of 67th Avenue consists of two lanes each direction with a center turn lane. The east and west edge of the roadway section currently have sidewalks, but there is no marked pedestrian crossing. This project aims to improve pedestrian connectivity by installing a Pedestrian Hybrid Beacon on 67th Avenue north of Montebello Avenue in the City of Glendale. There will be no Pre-Submittal Meeting associated with this solicitation. The design consultant shall lead project development that will provide improvements including the installation of a Pedestrian Hybrid Beacon and associated signing and striping on 67th Avenue. Stage submittals will consist of Stage III, IV and Final PS&E. The HSIP application will serve as the scoping document. The scope of work shall also include: - Review of available record drawings and field survey to be performed as needed - Perform necessary utility investigations, right-of-way determinations and NEPA documentation to obtain utility, rightof-way and environmental clearances. The consultant shall provide a bid package which includes plans, specifications and estimates for construction. The design consultant shall also provide necessary project management tasks including coordination, meetings, project schedule updates and comment responses. Document retention, project schedule, and risk register updates within the Workfront platform will be required. As the project progresses, it is anticipated that an additional scope task that may be requested on this project will be Monument Existing Right of Way Questions, in writing, shall be received by ECS at the below email address until April 13, 2022 at 2:00 P.M. (Arizona Time). No further questions shall be accepted after the time specified The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
