Renovation of a mixed-use development in Elizabeth, West Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; and theater / auditorium.
In general, the Work of this bid package includes demoing, furnishing, delivering, and installing the following: Approximately 350 Low-Back Chairs Total Tablet Arms for 50% of the seats Appropriate number of ADA Recoverable Chairs Accessories including: Aisle lights, cup holders, and necessary power source Removal of existing chairs and patching holes Potential sub-bidders and material suppliers are also encouraged to attend. This grant project is federally-funded and as such is subject to compliance with Federal Requirements; including prevailing wage for all labor performed.
