Renovation of a municipal facility in Moundsville, West Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The project involves the construction of new Courthouse entrance addition, and mechanical and electrical upgrades. A certified check in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total Bid, or a satisfactory Bid Bond furnished by a solvent surety company authorized to do business in the state of West Virginia in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total Bid must be submitted with each Bid. The successful Bidder will be required to execute a contract and provide a Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Payment Bond for 100% of the contract award. After the scheduled closing time for receipt of Bids, no Bid may be withdrawn for a period of 45 days.
