Renovation of a mixed-use development in Richmond Hill, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development; and clubhouse / community center.

The City of Richmond Hill was provided with a commercial retail space as part of a condominium development agreement. This retail space will be used to deliver programs and/or support community groups. The objective of this project is to fit-out the existing empty community space for use as a community space. The current space is largely unfinished except for the installation of an electrical panel and the necessary fire systems. The contractor will be required to complete construction / installation of the following: - A new HVAC system for the space - Plumbing and drainage - New electrical wiring and lighting - Modifications to the existing fire systems - Installation of interior finishes, drywall - Security systems (through one of the City's preferred vendors) - IT network infrastructure (through one of the City's preferred vendors) - Coordination of construction activities with the condominium board Contractors are responsible for maintaining job sites in a safe and clean condition and must address any concerns raised by the City of Richmond Hill. The City will evaluate the three projects provided in the online Similar or Related Projects Completed in the Past Five Years Form. The projects should be the construction renovation or new construction projects, which a. the respondent company has completed in the last 5 years (i.e. from 2017 to 2021 inclusive) as the primary general contractor, managing multiple trades/subcontractors including but not limited to the following listing, - millwork - drywall - painting - masonry/concrete - mechanical HVAC - electrical, and - plumbing. b. had a minimum pre-tax project value of $150,000.00 to $450,000.00 per project.
