Renovation of an educational facility in Londesborough, Ontario. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Sealed tenders addressed to The Avon Maitland District School Board will be received at the Facilities Department Building which is located behind the Board office 62 Chalk Street North, Seaforth, Ontario N0K 1W0, until 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday May 3, 2022. A Site Meeting will be held at the school located at 269 King's Road, Londesborough, Ontario, N0M 2H0 on Thursday April 21, 2022 at 3:30 p.m. This will be the only opportunity to visit the site. The project involves alterations to the existing library, including new finishes, painting, flooring, reconfiguring/adding new shelving, reworking electrical supply and adding a new light fixture and wall fin. Also included in the scope is the infill of a small alcove with a 50 sq.ft. extension and window wall installation and two existing hollow metal entrance door system replacements. Bid Bond amount of $18,000.00 (Eighteen Thousand Dollars) is required to accompany tender. Successful bidder will be required to provide 50% Performance Bond and 50% Labour and Material Payment Bond. Electronic tender documents will be available to General Contractors only from the office of Marklevitz Architects Inc., 516 Huron Street, Stratford, Ontario.
