Renovation of a municipal facility in Sacramento, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Include in the Base Bid, the Megger Testing of Line-to-Line A-B, B-C & C-A, and the Line to Conduit, if continuous steel or Line to Ground, for all three phase wires (see project plans). Testing to be witnessed by a qualified CCA or Fair representative. Following completion of the test, Contractor to provide report containing findings, results, comparison to standards, and proposed corrective action, if required. 2. Provide Unit Price to implement corrective action if the insulation quality test fails. Corrective action to include; the removal of the feeder wires, conduit mandrel and cleaned and new wire installed. System to be returned to full operating condition. See attached revised Bid Form. 3. Include in Base Bid, the testing of all the fountain related breakers in the Fountain Electrical Panel. 4. Provide Unit Price to supply and install damaged breakers (20, 30, and 50 amps).
