Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Edina, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; for paving for a road / highway; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The Edina City Council will meet at 7:00 p.m., Tuesday, May 17th, 2022, to consider said bids. The following is an estimate of major quantities: Remove Bituminous Pavement SY 115 Connect to Existing Watermain EA 26 Liner Pit EA 12 6-Inch CIPP Watermain Lining LF 1,925 CIPP Water Service Reinstatement EA 29 Concrete Curb & Gutter LF 60. For this project we will accept only online electronic bids through QuestCDN. Instructions for online bidding are included in the Project Specifications. For electronic bids, electronic bid bonds will also be accepted through Surety2000 using contract #8182501. To be forfeited as liquidated damages in the event that the bid is accepted and the bidder shall fail to promptly enter into a written contract and furnish the required bond. mmediately following expiration of the time for receiving bids, the engineer will view bids at the Public Works and Park Maintenance Building 7450 Metro Blvd Edina MN 55439. Due to COVID-19, no public bid opening will occur. Results will be posted immediately following the opening. The City Council reserves the right to reject any or all bids or any portion thereof.
