The purpose of this RFQ is to hire a Contractor to provide Street Line Painting throughout the City of North Battleford as shown on the map included in this RFQ. The work is to be completed by June 17, 2022 and not to start before May 24, 2022. The RFQ services are to include the following: All paints to meet Federal and Provincial regulations and guidelines. All equipment to install the paint properly and safely. All labour to properly install the paint on the streets. Traffic control for all painting equipment to be used on CitThe City has assigned Joe Gagne, as the Project Coordinator, to coordinate this quote submission. The civic road maps has been provided with this RFQ in Appendix B, showing: The type of lines to be painted (dashed or continuous). Colour of the lines to be painted (yellow or white). Width of the lines to be painted (100 mm or 200 mm). The RFQ has also included the total lengths for the lines to be painted in Appendix C, listing: The type of lines to be painted (dashed or continuous). Colour of the lines to be painted (yellow or white). Width of the lines to be painted (100 mm or 200 mm). The length of the different types, colours, and widths of lines to be painted. Late receipt of quotes packages will not be returned and will remain unopened. If the Proponent chooses e-mail to send their quote, they must still send three (3) copies of their quote in a sealed envelope/package, marked clearly "2022 City Street Line Painting" within one (1) week of the RFQ closing, to the City Clerk, Ms. Stacey Hadley. A Proponent may withdraw their quote at any time prior to submission deadline by notifying the City Clerk, Ms. Stacey Hadley in writing.
