As of June 23,2022, This project has been awarded to Delmarva Castings & Supply LLC, with the awarded amount of $87,689. Deliveries are to be coordinated with the New Castle County Warehouse personnel, (302) 395- 5840 within 72 hours after an order has been placed and arrive before 12 Noon on the day of the delivered shipment. The manhole frames and covers are to be easily unloadable by a forklift. Frames and covers shall be on pallets. There will be no deposit for the pallets, and if the vendor wants to retrieve the pallets, New Castle County must be notified at the time of delivery. New Castle County is seeking sealed bids for a quantity of manhole sets. Manhole sets shall meet the specifications listed herein.
