The Department of Human Services Treatment and Detention Facility is seeking bids for the oil and chip seal of approximately 5,300 square yards of outer perimeter roadway. Pursuant to CPO Notice 2020.06, State agencies shall only accept electronic submissions for competitive solicitations.. Is this a Small Business Set Aside Procurement: No Is there a BEP/VBP Participation Goal : Yes If yes, BEP Goal Percentage: 8.00000 If yes, VBP Goal Percentage: 3.00000 Oil and chipping of 5300 sq yards of outer perimeter roadway. All work will be done in accordance with applicable sections of Section 403 of the Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction. Section 403.01 (c) A-3. A-3 shall consist of a prime coat, two separate applications of a bituminous cover coat material and cover coat aggregate, and a bituminous seal coat material and seal coat aggregate. The base or existing surface shall be prepared according to Section 358 of the Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction.
