Reference number : 1593415 Review Title : Public call for tenders for the restoration of the gazebo Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-04-22 Submission sent electronically accepted: No Dawson College, Owner, is requesting tenders for the construction work of the project mentioned in title, which includes: repair, restoration and painting of the woodwork. It also includes the replacement of the concrete slab. Deadline for completion of the work: June 13, 2022 to September 30, 2022. the work will take place at the following address of the College: 3040 Sherbrooke (West), Montreal (Quebec) H3Z 1A4. Tenders must be accompanied by a tender bond issued by a financial institution as defined in section 12 of the Regulation respecting construction contracts of public bodies (CQLR, c. C-65.1, r.5) under the conditions of the call for tenders, representing ten percent (10%) of the price of the tender, payable to the Owner, valid for a period of forty-five (45) days from the date of opening of submissions. This bid bond must be exchanged before the signing of the contract by a performance bond and a guarantee of obligations for wages, materials and services in the form of bonds and in accordance with the tender documents, the amount of each of which they correspond to 50% of the contract price. award is subject to final approval.
