Site work for a civil project in Brockville, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The city has identified two Parts (A, B) for consideration for contractors. Contractors can bid on one or both Parts in their submission. The city may award the work to multiple contractors based on the costs issued in the Tender. Contracts will be award per Part. Work will be awarded based on price where the Contractor having the lowest total rate for each Part and having provided the information noted in the Mandatory Requirements section. Contractors will not be provided an option of modify their costs at any time. Part A - Teardown inspection and maintenance of a 12x12" Allis-Chalmers Split Case Centrifugal pump and 100hp Baldor motor located at the Low Lift Pumphouse of the Brockville Water Treatment Plant. This pump and motor were last removed from service for maintenance in 2015. Part B - Teardown inspection and maintenance of a 12x10x15" Allis-Chalmers Split Case Centrifugal pump and 200hp US Motors motor located at the Highlift Pumphouse of the Brockville Water Treatment Plant. This pump and motor were last removed from service for maintenance in 2013. The city is seeking qualified contractors to complete the work.
